windowClone now a Universal Binary app

Version 1.4 of windowClone is a universal binary app which will work on Intel and Apple Silicon Macs without resorting to installing Apple Rosetta on the latter. It is compatible with macOS versions 11 through 13. An older version of windowClone is available for macOS 10.15 and earlier.
